Please read this agreement carefully before using this service.

By using the service or clicking “agree,” you agree to be bound by these terms. If you are accepting these terms on behalf of a business or organization, you confirm that you have the authority to do so.

This agreement is between InvoiceDesks (“Service Provider”) and the customer using the service (“Customer”).

1. Service Provided

InvoiceDesks provides access to a browser-based invoicing tool that allows users to create, edit, download, and manage invoices directly from their devices. The service runs in your browser and stores data locally on your device unless you choose to export or back it up manually.

2. Use of Service

a. Customer Data

Any information, data, or logos you input into InvoiceDesks remain your property. InvoiceDesks does not store or claim ownership of your invoices, data, or personal information, as all content is stored locally in your browser unless explicitly exported by you.

b. Customer Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of your invoice data and for maintaining backups if required. Clearing your browser storage may permanently erase your saved invoices.

c. Prohibited Use

You may not use InvoiceDesks to create invoices containing unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading content, or to misuse the service in any way that violates applicable law.

3. Trial & Free Access

InvoiceDesks is currently available free of charge. There is no trial limitation, and you may use the service as often as you like. If premium features are introduced in the future, they will be subject to updated terms.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

InvoiceDesks provides the service “AS IS” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. While we make reasonable efforts to provide a reliable tool, we do not guarantee that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for all purposes. You acknowledge that local storage on your device may be cleared, deleted, or otherwise unavailable without notice.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, InvoiceDesks is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of income, or business interruption, arising out of your use of the service. InvoiceDesks’ total liability under this agreement will not exceed the amount you paid for the service (currently free).

6. Intellectual Property

The design, workflow, and technology behind InvoiceDesks remain the property of InvoiceDesks and its licensors. You may not reverse engineer, copy, or reproduce the service for competitive purposes.

7. Termination

You may stop using InvoiceDesks at any time by clearing your data or discontinuing use of the website. InvoiceDesks may suspend or discontinue the service at its discretion.

8. Miscellaneous

• These terms represent the entire agreement between you and InvoiceDesks regarding use of the service.
• If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
• InvoiceDesks reserves the right to update these terms, and continued use of the service means you accept the updated version.
• Feedback, suggestions, or feature requests submitted to InvoiceDesks may be used freely to improve the service.
