How do I use InvoiceDesks?
Creating Invoices
Fill out the invoice template with your details and your client’s information. The live editor shows you exactly how your invoice will look. Once you’ve entered the information, you can download the invoice immediately.
Note: The download button becomes active only after you’ve entered both your information and your client’s details.
Downloading Invoices
Click Download Invoice to save a PDF copy of your invoice. If you spot an error, you can go back, edit the invoice, and re-download it.
If you don’t see the file after downloading, check your browser’s Downloads folder.
Updating Invoices
All invoices you create are stored in your browser’s local storage. You can reopen a saved invoice, update the information, and download a new version whenever needed.
Managing Saved Invoices
Your invoices are saved locally on your device, so you can revisit and manage them anytime. You can access your invoice history, edit past invoices, or export all invoices to a CSV spreadsheet.
Individual invoices can be deleted by selecting them, or you can erase all saved invoices and reset your template if you’d like to start fresh.
